Do Mauritian passport holders need a visa for China?
No. Mauritian passport holders can visit China for tourism without a visa. Exempt under a mutual visa exemption agreement covering ordinary passports. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says a visa-free stay is generally limited to 30 days, and a longer stay needs a residence permit. Work, study and journalism still need a visa. The exemption covers short visits; study, work or residence still needs a visa.
