Citizens of eTA-required countries and territories need an eTA and a valid passport to board a flight to Canada. No visitor visa is needed. An eTA is not needed when arriving by car, bus, train or boat, except when travelling by boat from Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon (excluding cruise ships).
